The five-day Joint Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Workshop, held from July 6 to 10, 2026 at Eusbett Hotel in Sunyani, was not only a period of intensive learning but also one of deep spiritual renewal for participants from three Sister Networks.
The participating networks are: Catholic Sister Communicators Network–Ghana (CASCON-GH), Talitha Kum Ghana, and the Catholic Sister Elderly Care Network Ghana.

Although the workshop, facilitated by Tom Olila of Strategic Connections, was packed with engaging sessions and practical learning experiences, the organizers ensured that participants did not lose sight of the true source of their mission.
Each day concluded with the celebration of the Holy Eucharist, providing an opportunity for thanksgiving, reflection, and spiritual refreshment after the day’s activities.
The spiritual aspect of the workshop was coordinated by Sr. Emmanuella Dakurah, HHCJ, Director of the Catholic Sister Communicators Network–Ghana (CASCON-GH), in collaboration with Rev. Fr. Oppong Baah, who generously and selflessly dedicated his time to celebrating Holy Mass for the participants throughout the workshop.

His commitment to the spiritual well-being of the participants reminded everyone that while Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning are essential for strengthening ministries and measuring impact, every apostolate ultimately depends on God’s guidance and grace.
The daily Eucharistic celebrations brought together members of the three networks in prayer, reinforcing their shared commitment to serve with faith, compassion, and excellence.

As the workshop came to a close on July 102026, participants departed not only with enhanced knowledge and practical MEL skills but also with renewed spiritual strength, inspired to continue their ministries with Christ at the centre of their mission.
