In Ezekiel 37:21-28, we see a promise of restoration and unity. God declares that He will gather His scattered people, cleanse them of their sins, and establish an everlasting covenant of peace. This reflects His role as a faithful shepherd who guards and guides His flock, as echoed in the Responsorial Psalm (Jeremiah 31:10-13).

The Gospel reading from John 11:45-56 highlights the unfolding of God’s divine plan through Jesus. Even amidst opposition and doubt, God’s will prevails, bringing hope and salvation to His people.

Sr. Gifty Anastasia Blewu, SMMC

Reflecting on this theme, we are reminded of God’s steadfast love and His ability to transform mourning into joy. No matter the challenges we face, we can trust that the Lord will fulfill His promises, guide us through trials, and lead us to peace and unity. Let this inspire us to place our faith in His divine will and embrace the hope He offers.
