This brought together the Provincial Superiors of the four Provinces with their Council members, the Regional Superior from the Kenya Region, and the Superior of the Cameroon Mission with her team.

After the opening prayer, the meeting started with opening remarks by Mother Germaine Ocansey the Superior General, She reminded the Sisters to reflect on their upcoming 100-year celebration of existence, which will take place in the next 5 years.

She asked them to think about how they have protected, defended, and preserved the legacy handed over to them by their Mother Foundress, Charles Mary Magdalen Walker (Servant of God).

She also asked how they can continue to make their presence relevant in this fast-paced world.

The Superior General chaired the meeting, and the issues discussed included their spiritual life, charism and heritage, community life, the Evangelical Councils, formation, finance, apostolate, and governance.

The gathering also focused on a presentation on Leadership by the Provincial Superior of the Ghana Province, Sr. Judith Magbity, HHCJ. She took the Sisters through Leadership Theories and the Conceptualization of Leadership, putting emphasis on the Strategic Leadership style and the Servant Leadership approach.

Sr. Judith presented the principles of leadership, backed by strategic leadership skills such as honesty, integrity, accountability, self-discipline, clear vision, big-picture thinking, decision-making ability, innovation, communication skills, emotional intelligence, people development, adaptability, execution, and performance.

To wrap up the session, the Sisters took part in practical leadership exercises.

The meeting ended successfully with a communique highlighting the realities that were discussed and the way forward.
